Parking is banned on both sides of emergency snow routes, arterial streets, school and bus routes. Parking is also banned on the even-numbered side of residential streets.
Visitors are encouraged to review updated parking options due to construction.
Hyde Memorial Observatory is a community astronomical observatory located in Lincoln, Nebraska, surrounded by Holmes Lake Park. It is run totally by volunteers, furnished through public donations, and devoted purely to public viewing.
