FitLot Classes are structured so that all ages (18+) and abilities can have the opportunity to work with a local fitness professional and be part of building an active community. Three types of one-hour classes are offered in the spring and fall. If you’ve been in a gym or PE class, you will recognize the movements that these stations use!
