Junior Leader Program

We know young people are FUNdamental to our community, especially when they provide service to others. Our Junior Leader Program is designed for young, talented people who are motivated and looking to challenge themselves.

Register for Junior Leaders Day Camp

The Junior Leader experience features several key components, all of which are designed to challenge, motivate, and inspire program participants to become dynamic leaders. Through the summer, Junior Leaders will develop skills in responsibility, teamwork, leadership, problem-solving, and communication.

 Many candidates who have attended Lincoln Parks and Recreation Summer Day Camp as younger campers eagerly await their chance to join the Junior Leader Program. This program is much more than “one more year of camp”; it’s a commitment towards becoming a true leader and making a difference in the lives of others. 

Days: Monday-Friday
Time: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Locations: Irving, 2010 Van Dorn St. 
Fee: $40/wk

Handbook for Parents and Caregivers

Scholarships are available to help Lincoln youth who do not have the financial means to attend Nature Camp. The scholarship program is made possible through contributions from our local community. Complete the Scholarship Form(PDF, 170KB) to be considered.
