H-2 Zoning Update

The City of Lincoln is currently working on an update to the H-2 zoning district. The goal of this proposal is to create an updated H-2 zoning district that allows for a high-quality environment and greater mix of uses, including residential uses. The H-2 area near 48th & O has been a successful commercial corridor and the city is interested in building on that success. This text amendment and zoning change is being initiated by the Planning Department and is not a response to any specific development proposal.
