The Lincoln Police Department today released results of a traffic enforcement project that focused on dangerous driving in school zones during active school zone times. Officers worked overtime from May 1 through 15. Results do not include citations written during officers’ normal shifts. This project was made possible by a grant from our safety partners at the Nebraska Department of Transportation-Highway Safety Office.
