LPD Releases Southeast Construction Zone Enforcement Results | 2025

The Lincoln Police Department (LPD) today released the results of an enforcement project conducted in August and September that focused on traffic near construction zones in Southeast Lincoln.

A grant from the Nebraska Department of Transportation Highway Safety Office allowed officers on the LPD Southeast Team and Traffic Enforcement Unit to work overtime on the enforcement project. The project was  in response to numerous concerns vocalized by the communities in the area. The results below do not include any citations written by Officers during their normal hours.
