Who We Are
We serve any woman or girl regardless of age, race, socioeconomic status, religion, or background. Our only requirement is that they have been trafficked or are at high risk of being trafficked.
The mentorship we provide varies between youth and adults, but the core principles remain the same: fostering self-worth, understanding and recognizing exploitation, building healthy relationships, restoring trust and healing from trauma.
Through these relationships, we connect individuals to resources like safe shelter, substance use treatment, clothing, identification documentation, and more.
Our services are not just a one-time offer; they are a lifelong commitment. There are no qualifying requirements, and no one ever “ages out” of the support we provide. Whether someone is 16 or 60, every individual is met with open arms and unconditional love.

How We Help
We provide support to women who are sold for sex. By focusing on several core areas, we fill specific gaps in our community’s efforts to end trafficking.
Prevention
Traffickers exploit the circumstantial vulnerabilities that women face.
Helping a woman acquire food, clothing, transportation, hygiene products and basic needs for herself and her children is a strategic intervention that helps prevent trafficking. Through public education and community outreach we work to connect women with resources they need, as well as educate our community on trafficking prevention.
Stabilization
We help women create personalized Safety and Crisis Stabilization plans
We provide immediate shelter through our Safe House, which is formatted to care specifically for women who have been exploited. Through our Resource Center, we are able to connect women to multiple layers of support.
Recovery
Once a woman is safe, we help her pursue deeper layers of healing.
Healing can look very different for each woman. For some, this may include a transition into a long-term recovery program. For others, it could look like trauma therapy or support groups. This process is led by each woman’s needs.

If your child has experienced abuse, neglect, or witnessed violence, you are not alone and neither are they.
Services
At BraveBe, children and families are welcomed into a safe, child-focused environment designed to reduce fear and prevent further trauma. Our team works together in one place so families do not have to navigate the system alone.
During your visit, your child may receive:
- A forensic interview conducted by a specially trained professional in a comfortable, age-appropriate setting
- A medical evaluation focused on your child's health, safety, and well-being
- Advocacy support to help you understand the process and connect to needed resources
- Referrals to trauma-informed mental health services for ongoing healing and other supportive services
Our coordinated approach helps reduce the number of times a child has to share their story, supports investigations when necessary, and prioritizes your child's emotional and physical safety.
