North 48th Street Virtual Public Meeting Set for April 1

Published on March 26, 2024

Lincoln Transportation and Utilities invites residents to a virtual public meeting Monday, April 1, regarding the remaining portion of the North 48th Street Improvement Project. An online presentation about the project will begin at 5:30 p.m. Visit lincoln.ne.gov/North48th for the meeting link and more information. Work on the project is scheduled to resume the week of April 8.

The virtual public meeting will inform residents and businesses of plans for completing the North 48th Street Improvement Project. This work will produce a new, smooth surface on North 48th Street between Madison and Huntington avenues and will mark the completion of the North 48th Street paving repairs for this project. Members of the street improvement project team will be available to answer questions and provide information on planned improvements, project phasing, and the construction schedule.

A Zoom link will be available up to 15 minutes before and during the meeting. For those unable to attend the meeting, a recording of the presentation will be available on the website Tuesday, April 2.

For more information on this virtual public meeting or the project, visit lincoln.ne.gov/North48th.
