Streets throughout Lincoln will temporarily close Saturday, November 8, and Sunday, November 9, for the 12th Annual Good Life Halfsy half-marathon. The Lincoln Police Department (LPD) will control intersections along the race route, and residents are advised to plan ahead for traffic delays. During the race, LPD will use social media to announce when streets reopen.
More than 9,000 runners will participate in the race, which begins Sunday at 8:30 a.m. at Seacrest Field, 7300 “A” St., and ends on Canopy Street in the Railyard. The race course map is available at goodlifehalfsy.com.
