Portion of South 27th Street to Temporarily Close August 18

Lincoln Transportation and Utilities (LTU) today announced that northbound South 27th Street between “J” and “L” streets will be closed from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday, August 18, for private property crane work.

 

The sidewalk on the east side of 27th Street will be closed during this work. The recommended detour is “J” Street to 33rd Street to “O” Street.

 

Travelers are encouraged to seek an alternate route and exercise caution around these closures. LTU appreciates the public’s patience during these closures and reminds residents that project dates are subject to change due to weather and unforeseen circumstances.
