Chapter 27.03 to add a definition for outdoor
dining; by amending Section 27.71.030 to add the

driveways to reach parking and loading areas,
provided that any driveway in the front yard shall
be substantially perpendicular to the street and
shall not be wider than thirty feet; by amending
