The Parking Advisory Council (PAC) advises the Mayor and City staff on the development and implementation of new parking policy initiatives and the creation and refinement of the Parking Service’s strategic plan.
Special Requirements: Appointed by the Mayor of Lincoln to represent varying parking interest groups.
The StarTran Advisory Board reviews matters relating to the operation of the bus system including the following areas: transit-related studies and plans, route studies and evaluations, performance indicators, rates, fare and schedules.
Special Requirements: Members must be registered voters in Lincoln.
This committee is activated when a person is denied a taxi license or a license is suspended or revoked.
Special Requirements: Membership consists of the Chief of Police or a person from the Police Department designated by the Chief, Director of Public Works and Utilities or a person from Public Works and Utilities designated by the Director, and a citizen of Lincoln.
