The Telecommunications/Cable Television Advisory Board is accepting comments through Sunday, Sept. 30 on the quality of services provided by the City's three cable television franchisees. The hearing is part of the Board's periodic performance evaluation of Charter/Spectrum, Windstream and Allo.
The Board is interested in residents' opinions and experiences, positive and negative, in obtaining and using cable TV and Internet services. Residents may provide this information in the following ways:
Members of the Telecommunications/Cable Television Advisory Board are appointed by the Mayor and approved by the City Council. The board advises the Mayor and City Council on general telecommunication policy issues, including those related to cable television.
