Navigating the loss of a baby can feel isolating and overwhelming. There are no words that make it easier, but you don’t have to go through this alone.

Family Connects offers a free and voluntary postpartum nurse visit in the comfort of your own home. The nurse is available to provide the support that is most helpful to you and can include:

• Postpartum health check to ensure your physical well-being
• Emotional support as you navigate grief, and referrals to additional supports such as support groups or counseling
• Connection to other resources to meet your family’s needs

Our services are available at no cost to all families living in Lancaster County.
