Rokeby from 40th to Snapdragon - Paving Project

This project will pave Rokeby Road from 40th Street to Snapdragon Road. The typical section for Rokeby Road is one lane in each direction with raised center median and turn lanes as appropriate. The project also includes installation of a water distribution main.

This project is being designed as a part of the S. 40th from Yankee Hill to Rokeby Road Capital Improvement Project. Construction began in June 2022 and is anticipated to be completed in 2023.

Access During Construction

This is new street construction where no traffic currently exists. Access to individual properties will be maintained.
