Construction is expected to take place in 2026.

Access During Construction

A full closure of 48th Street from Normal Boulevard to Sumner Street will be required for the water main replacement. Additional lane closures on 48th Street, Normal Boulevard and South Street will be required to facilitate construction. Local access and emergency services access will be maintained at all times.
