Construction is anticipated to take place in 2026.

Access During Construction

Lane closures on 48th Street, Normal Boulevard and South Street will be required to facilitate construction. A full closure of 48th Street south of South Street will be needed for 10-14 days. Local access and emergency services access will be maintained at all times.
