Cotner from “O” to Starr - Street Improvement Project

This project will improve Cotner Boulevard between “O” and Starr streets through a mill and overlay of the asphalt surface and replacement of concrete in the area. Existing traffic signals at Cotner & Holdrege and Cotner & Starr will be replaced with new traffic signals. A side path has been proposed on Cotner Boulevard from “R” Street to North 66th Street.
