The Roadside Memorial Permit allows applicants the opportunity to temporarily place a memorial on the City right-of-way in honor of the deceased.
To avoid site obstructions and maintain safety and visibility, roadside memorials should be no larger than 30 inches tall and four square feet in size. Memorials must be placed 2 feet back of curb, 25 feet back from an intersection, two feet from any street sign, and must provide five feet free sidewalk space.
