This report provides an overview of last year’s water quality data, including details about the source of your water, what it contains and how it compares to state and federal standards.

LWS Facilities Master Plan Update (July 2020)

This report has been prepared to provide the City of Lincoln with an update to the 2014 Water Facilities Master Plan. Most significantly this report has evaluated revised background data for population and demand forecasts, coupled with impacts associated with climate change, to develop a new 12-year capital improvement program.

Financial Statements and Schedules

This annual report on the financial activities of Lincoln Water System is intended to provide users with a general overview of the System's financial performance for each fiscal year.

Water Management Plan

The purpose of this Plan is to keep water use within pumping capacity and delivery capability based on recommendations of the Lincoln Water System, define procedures to be used when the above criteria cannot be met and familiarize citizens, businesses and industry with procedures which may be implemented when voluntary or mandatory water restrictions are required.

Water Service Manual (April 2022) 

This manual outlines the various policies and procedures necessary for water service from the Lincoln Water System.
