Volunteers are needed to help clean up fireworks debris and other trash at the 2022 Oak Lake Cleanup.
When: July 5, 2022, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Where: Oak Lake Park, North 1st and Charleston streets
Volunteers will meet under the open park shelter on the east side of Oak Lake Park. Free lunch will be provided to volunteers while supplies last.

The Bureau of Fire Prevention will also be hosting a free collection of unused fireworks and ammunition.
Unexploded fireworks and ammunition may be taken to a free collection event from 9 a.m. to noon, Tuesday, July 5, 2022 in the east parking lot at Oak Lake Park.
