Parking is banned on both sides of emergency snow routes, arterial streets, school and bus routes. Parking is also banned on the even-numbered side of residential streets.

Highlands Park

The basketball net is located near the swings and playground area in the park. The play area has separate swings, a small merry-go-round, and a multilevel play structure with slides and climbing features. Picnic tables, and benches are nearby.
