Holmes Open Shelter #3

Holmes Lake Shelter number 3 is located on a concrete slab connected to the park’s paved trail. There are picnic tables for a large group, open space, and large trees nearby.

Facility Reservations Update

Our website has transitioned to a new online facility reservation platform on January 2, 2025. If you have not logged into the new platform you will need to create a new user account before reserving a park space or registering for a program. If you have questions or issues, please contact a recreation center or our administrative offices at 402-441-7847.

This structure is open to enjoy the park atmosphere. Perfect for Spring-Fall events!

Fees: $67.50 for a 3 hour rental block (10am-1pm or 5pm-8pm) or $135 for an All Day rental block (10am-8pm).

Capacity: 50 people

Key Deposit: Electrical Key can be checked out in exchange for a $50 cash/check security deposit, 2 business days prior to event date.

NOTE: This shelter is the one closest to the playground, volleyball courts, and year 'round restroom building.
