Get fit and have fun in the water. This class is a bit more intense. Expect to do walking and cardio exercises in the water as well as resistance work for strength building. All activities will be done in the water.

Join in on a fun summer of splashing around as you explore Lincoln City pools with friends and family in the “Around the Pools in 70 days” Challenge.
Swimmers are encouraged to visit each of the 9 Lincoln Parks and Recreation public swimming pools between May 27-August 4 and receive a stamp on their pool passport. Once you have splashed around at all 9 pools turn in your Parker Pool Passport at the Aquatics Office and receive a prize. Parker Pool Passports can be picked up at any pool before June 30.
An interactive story time at the pool. Geared for ages 5 and under with their adult. This free program is co-sponsored by Lincoln City Libraries and Lincoln Parks and Recreation. Children 5 and under must be within arms reach of a parent or guardian. All children must be accompanied by someone 16 years of age or older.

This swim date offers a sensory-friendly experience and quiter setting for users at the pool offering splash free zones, limited whistle use, and music will be not played to reduce the auditory stimuli.
Cost: $3.00 per person
This is a fundraiser for Greater Lincoln Obedience Club. Each dog can be accompanied by 2 adults and 1 child.
