Get fit and have fun in the water. This class is a bit more intense. Expect to do walking and cardio exercises in the water as well as resistance work for strength building. All activities will be done in the water.

Join us for storytime at the City of Lincoln pools! We'll read, sing, and dance together, then enjoy a half-hour of free swim time in designated areas. Geared for ages five and under with their adult. This program is co-sponsored by Lincoln City Libraries and Lincoln Parks and Recreation. Children two and under must wear a swim diaper. Children five and under must be within arm's reach of a parent or guardian. And all children must be accompanied by someone 16 years of age or older in the swimming pool.

A special time for parents and children 5 year and under to come enjoy the pool or spray park before nap time. Toys and giggles welcome! Parents must always accompany their child in the water. Limited to 25 kids.

This swim date offers a sensory-friendly experience and quiter setting for users at the pool offering splash free zones, limited whistle use, and music will be not played to reduce the auditory stimuli.
