Permit to Conduct Business

 Purpose: Allows financial transactions to occur in park spaces or facilities, for food and/or merchandise sales, collection of admission fees and/or collection of donations. May be issued with an existing Special Use Permit, Licensing Agreement, or Reservation as required by City Ordinance Chapter 12.08.320.

 

Your form may be saved if you need to stop and come back at a later time. Your request will not be processed until all required items and payment in full has been received and must be submitted at least a week in advance of the event date to be considered.
