Permit to Conduct Business

 Purpose: Allows financial transactions to occur in park spaces or facilities, for food and/or merchandise sales, collection of admission fees and/or collection of donations. May be issued with an existing Special Use Permit, Licensing Agreement, or Reservation as required by City Ordinance Chapter 12.08.320.

 

Your form may be saved if you need to stop and come back at a later time. The cost is $25 per event and must be paid in person at 3131 O St, Suite 300, Monday-Friday, 8-4:30pm, at least a week prior to the event date. Once paid, your finalized permit will be routed for approval signature through Lincoln Parks and Recreation administration. You may not sell/take financial transactions in a city park or event space without holding a finalized permit containing authorized approval.
