Your form may be saved if you need to stop and come back at a later time. The cost is $25 per event and must be paid in person at 3131 O St, Suite 300, Monday-Friday, 8-4:30pm, at least a week prior to the event date. Once paid, your finalized permit will be routed for approval signature through Lincoln Parks and Recreation administration. You may not sell/take financial transactions in a city park or event space without holding a finalized permit containing authorized approval.
