 Our Summer Day Camps are about creating memories, exploring new adventures, making friends, and celebrating being a kid.

Play!

School's out for summer and we're ready for the recreation to start. Our summer day camps are focused on exploring and discovering the fun things in life. Camps have a wide curriculum of activities to keep campers moving and having fun. Campers will; swim, read, play sports, practice yoga, get outside, craft, garden, build, go on field trip adventures, and gain new skills to last a lifetime.

During Summer Day Camp, participants will experience:

  • Physical Fitness Through Active Play
  • Social Development
  • Nutrition Awareness
  • Nature Interaction

 

Registration

Weekly fee: $156 per 5 day week, $125 per 4 day week

Fees includes $15/week enrollment fee

Campers can be registered for select weeks you need.


Registration for Summer Day Camps open Monday, January 22 at 9:00 am!

How to enroll in Summer Day Camp:

  1. Enroll and pay the non-refundable enrollment fee online or at your camp location to hold their spot in camp. We accept cash, checks, credit and debit cards, and money orders.
  2.  Complete online Camper Information and Waiver Forms

 

Payment Information

  • Enroll & pay online with credit card 

  • Enrollment fee is non-refundable/non-transferrable and is applied toward the weekly fee.

  • Need based scholarships are available (see details below.)

  • Your balance is due according to the following schedule:

    • Enrollment fee ($15/child/week)

    • Due May 12: Weeks 1-4 (June 3 - June 28)

    • Due June 12: Weeks 5-7 (July 1 - July 19)

    • Due July 12: Weeks 8-11 (July 22 - August 9) *Excluding McPhee

    • *Late pick-up fees: A late fee of $5.00 for every 15 minutes the child remains at the program after 5:30 p.m. Late fee will be due at the time of pick up.

  • All sites require a five day written notice to withdraw from a week in order to avoid payment. 

 

Need Based Scholarships

Scholarship applications are available at all recreation centers, the Parks and Recreation Administration Office, the Playground Office and online. Applicants must provide proof of income (copy of tax return or most recent paycheck stub), size of household and statement of need. Once your application has been received, your location will make contact to discuss your request.

 

Title XX

All programs, except Irving, are approved to accept Title XX, the State of Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services Child Care Subsidy Program.
