Final Edition FY 2022/23 - 2027/28

The approved Final Edition of the 2022/23 - 2027/28 Capital Improvement Program (CIP) is now available. This CIP was found to be in conformance with the Lincoln/Lancaster County 2050 Comprehensive Plan by the Planning Commission. The first two years of the CIP become the Capital Budget for fiscal years 2022/23 and 2023/24 which will begin on September 1 of 2022 and 2023.
