Preregistration is not required and walk-ins are welcome.
Students of all ages are invited and participants will learn slow and fast variations of five basic moves. Attendees are asked to wear comfortable clothing such as yoga wear, leggings and t-shirts. Jeans are not recommended. Coin belt accessories and finger cymbals will be available for use.
