Lincoln Transportation and Utilities (LTU) today announced that Adams Street between Fifth and Sixth streets will close beginning Tuesday, November 18, for private wastewater service repair. This work is scheduled to be completed by Wednesday, November 26.
The recommended detour is Adams Street to North 11th Street to Cornhusker Highway to North First Street.
Travelers are encouraged to seek an alternate route and exercise caution around this closure. LTU appreciates the public’s patience during this closure and reminds residents that project dates are subject to change due to weather and unforeseen circumstances.
