Portion of “Q” Street to Temporarily Close August 20

Lincoln Transportation and Utilities (LTU) today announced that “Q” Street between Ninth and 10th streets will be closed from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Wednesday, August 20, for student move-in.
The recommended detour is “Q” Street to 11th Street to “O” Street to 10th Street.
StarTran Route 55-Downtown Trolley will be detoured during this closure. For more information on StarTran routes and detours, visit

Travelers are encouraged to seek an alternate route and exercise caution around this closure. LTU appreciates the public’s patience during this closure and reminds residents that project dates are subject to change due to weather and unforeseen circumstances.
