OUTREACH COORDINATORS from varied cultures will provide services in homes, churches, schools and other community locations.

THEY WILL . . .

Provide service in the language of the family.
Listen and provide friendly support.
Answer questions and provide information about pregnancy, infant care, nutrition, immunization, child safety and chronic disease.
Assist families to identify needed services and education through health care providers, ethnic centers, and agencies.
Collaborate closely with public health nurses to provide comprehensive health care.
Encourage positive and happy parenting.
