The public is invited to comment on three growth scenarios for the future of Lincoln and Lancaster County as part of the update to the Comprehensive Plan, LPlan 2040. The three alternatives will be available online at lplan2040.lincoln.ne.gov beginning Wednesday, and a series of open houses begins next week.
The City-County Planning Department developed the three scenarios to assess the impacts of different land use patterns on land consumption, infrastructure costs, services and the environment.
