Multi-County Programs

1. Overview

Aging Partners has eight counties in our service area. Aging Partners works with each county to create local plans based on the population and resources in their communities.

Each county is jointly sponsored by County, State and Federal funds made available through their County Board of Commissioners or County Board of Supervisors, and Aging Partners.

Contributions for services and donations also provide support.

Each county in the Aging Partners eight-county service area is dedicated to helping individuals, age 60 and over, live independently and remain an active and vital part of the community. We have information about the network of services and resources available to adults age 60 and over and their families. We work to provide all older adults access to social, educational and recreational programs.

All activities and services are provided without regard to race, color, creed, national origin or disability.
