Parks and Trails Impact Fee Investments

The Parks and Trails impact fee can pay for site grading and drainage, landscaping, sidewalks, play courts, basketball goals and poles, pre-fabricated shelter structures, picnic shelter pads and tables, trash receptacles, modular play structures, benches, play area matting, sand and labor.
