Transportation

Asset Management and Programming (AMP)

The Asset Management and Programming team uses a strategic approach to manage transportation infrastructure assets. Data is used to help guide decisions on resource allocation and to assist with project prioritization.

Maintenance Operations

Maintenance Operations provides a variety of services including street sweeping, snow removal, storm sewer maintenance, pavement repair and other maintenance functions.

Project Delivery

The Project Delivery section creates and tracks the funding for the annual Capital Improvement Program for transportation, as well as providing design, construction observation and materials testing services for all types of projects including roadways, signals, storm drainage, water and wastewater.

Right of Way Services

The Right of Way Services section works with private construction and development projects to protect and maintain valuable public and private utilities housed in the City right-of-way.

Traffic Engineering

It is the mission of the Traffic Engineering Division to provide the safe and efficient movement of all modes of traffic in the City of Lincoln
