Backflow Testing Customer Portal Guide

Backflow Testing Customer Portal lincoln.ne.gov/BackflowCustomerPortal

The customer portal is a helpful tool for updating your contact information, communicating with the Cross Connection Team, viewing your backflow devices, and reviewing backflow test report details.

A key feature of the portal is managing authorization codes. These codes allow your backflow assembly tester to submit test results through the online Backflow Tester Portal.

Through your portal, you can view or update your authorization code at any time. If you lose your notice or want to verify who has access, simply generate a new code and share it with your tester.

If you have questions or need additional support, contact us at backflow@lincoln.ne.gov or 402-441-5912.
