Recreational Swim and Dive League

Recreational program for youth 6 to 18 years old. Neighborhood based teams, great exercise and skill building are just some of the benefits. Participants must have minimal swim/dive skills, not a replacement for swimming lessons. Must be able to swim 25 yards with minimal to no assistance.

Swim Team Locations:

Belmont, Eden, Highlands, Irvingdale, Star City Shores, University Place, and Woods Pools.

Dive Team Locations:

Eden, Irvingdale, and Woods Pools.

Practice Times

Practice begins Monday, June 2nd. Practices are Monday - Friday.

Swim Competition Schedule

Swim meets are on Saturdays.

Warm-ups begin at 8 a.m.; Competition at 9 a.m.

In order to compete in the Championship Swimming Meet, individuals must have competed in at least one swim meet.

If one swim meet is canceled, it will not be made up. If a second swim meet is canceled it will be made up at the same time and location on Saturday, July 12th.

Dive Competition Schedule

All dive meets are on Wednesday and Thursdays; warm-ups begin at 5 p.m. and competition begins at 6 p.m.
In order to compete in the Championship Dive Meet, the individual must have competed in at least one diving meet.

Meet sessions will take place during the morning and afternoon. Warm-up and meet start times will be available by the fourth regular season meet.

Registration

Registration is limited to 100 swimmers per team.

Participants should register for the age group they will be in during the City Championship Meet. Participants can not compete at a lower age level.

Registration Fees

$80.00 for either swim or dive team registration.
