Recreational Swim and Dive League

Recreational program for youth 6 to 18 years old. Neighborhood based teams, great exercise and skill building are just some of the benefits. Participants must have minimal swim/dive skills, not a replacement for swimming lessons. Must be able to swim 25 yards with minimal to no assistance.

Swim Team Locations:

Arnold, Ballard, Belmont, Eden, Highlands, Irvingdale, Star City Shores, University Place, and Woods Pools.

Dive Team Locations:

Eden, Highlands Irvingdale, UNI and Woods Pools.

Swim Competition Schedule

Swim meets are on Saturdays and one Wednesday evening.

Warm-ups begin at 8 a.m./5 p.m.; Competition at 9 a.m./6 p.m.

In order to compete in the Championship Swimming Meet, individuals must have competed in at least one swim meet.

Dive Competition Schedule

All dive meets are typically on Thursdays.

Warm-ups begin at 5 p.m. and competition begins at 6 p.m.

In order to compete in the Championship Dive Meet, the individual must have competed in at least one diving meet.

Registration

Registration is limited to 100 swimmers per team.

Participants should register for the age group they will be in during the City Championship Meet. Participants can not compete at a lower age level.

Registration Fees

$80.00 for either swim or dive team registration.
