Street Cuts

A street cut is any cut, break, tear or excavation in a street surface or the removal of any part of a street surface. These guidelines and requirements are here to assist with plumbing and excavation permitting when conducting street cuts and will help ensure preservation of City infrastructure and a safe public right-of-way.

Filing a Discrimination Complaint

LCHR is a City agency, and as such we can only investigate discrimination complaints that take place within Lincoln City limits. Feel free to call and discuss your case with one of our investigators; if it does not fall under our jurisdiction we can refer you to the appropriate agency.
