Register for a Program | Reserve a Park Space

Lincoln Parks and Recreation is transitioning to a new online registration platform. CivicRec is a management system that will streamline how families register for programs, utilize reoccurring online payment options, reserve center spaces, and much more!

Facility Reservations Update 

Our website has transitioned to a new online facility reservation platform on January 2, 2025. If you have not logged into the new platform you will need to create a new user account before reserving a park space or registering for a program. If you have questions or issues, please contact a recreation center or our administrative offices at 402-441-7847.


Desktop Account

How to Set up Your Account on Desktop Computers: 

Step 1.Visit the new website

Step 2.Create CivicRec Account

  • Click on "Log In with Email" at the top of the page.
  • Select "Sign Up" above the box to enter your email.
  • Complete the fields and select "Create Account"

Step 3.Reset Passcode

  • You will be sent an email with a one-time passcode.
  • Enter the one-time passcode and submit.
  • After submitting the one-time passcode, you will be automatically sent to the account creation screen.

Step 4.Complete Profiles

  • Complete all profiles for members of your household information. Fill in the form as completely as possible.
  • Please note that all of the fields with an asterisk (*) are mandatory and your account cannot be created without completing these sections.

 

Mobile Account

How to Set up Your Account on Mobile Devices: 

Step 2.Create CivicRec Account

  • Select "Account" in the upper right corner and then select "Log in with Email"
  • Select "Sign Up" above the box to enter your email.
  • Complete the fields and select "Create Account"
  • You will be sent an email with a one-time passcode. Enter the one-time passcode and submit.
  • After submitting the one-time passcode, you will be pushed back to the account creation screen.

Step 3.Complete Profiles

  • Enter household information. Fill in the form as completely as possible.
  • All of the fields with an asterisk (*) are mandatory and your account cannot be created without completing these sections.
  • Add additional household members (spouse, children, etc.) at any time in your account settings. 
  • Please keep your entire household on one account.

Step 4.You are Ready to Reserve a Parks Space and Register for Classes and Programs all in one platform! 

The new CivicRec site will streamline the program registration, facility reservation, and payment process by providing users with a more efficient and friendly experience. Patrons may visit the site and set up accounts now at lincoln.ne.gov/CivicRec

Features of the new site include: 

  • Check availability, make reservations, and pay for facilities such as park shelters, recreation centers, practice fields, courts, and special use venues.
  • Browse, register, and pay for classes, programs, and events
  • Sign and submit required documents electronically
  • Barcode sign-in for pool passes and select recreation programs
  • Email and text notifications 
  • Mobile-friendly interface 
  • Multi-language support through third-party integration  

Online ballfield reservations will be available beginning March 1, 2025. For more information, contact the Team Sports Offices, 3131 “O” St. Suite 300, 402-441-7892. Reservations for municipal pools will be available May 26, 2025.  

Residents without online access can still make reservations by visiting their preferred center location or the Parks and Recreation Administration office, 3131 “O” St., Suite 300, during business hours. Center locations are as follows:
