• Village of Clatonia
• Hickman Rural Fire District
• Malcolm Rural Fire District
• Raymond Rural Fire District
• Southeast Rural Fire District
• Southwest Rural Fire District
• Hallam Rural Fire District
• Ceresco Rural Fire District
• Village of Adams
• Village of Douglas
• Village of Greenwood
• Village of Palmyra
• Valparaiso Rural Fire District
• Elmwood

Services will not be provided to any other agency outside of the City except those listed.
