Need to get the Mutual aid billing agreement forms back to Jim, Lynn, myself or Doug Ahlberg ASAP. If you don't have them back before our next meeting please bring them with you.
NEW BUSINESS
None presented.
COMMUNICATIONS
Pager testing will be completed and all departments will be on line soon possibly even by our next meeting date. After the new system is on line for everyone 911 will have one weekly paging test for all departments on Monday night. The third Monday of each month will also be used as the storm test night and the announcement of the time and location of the mutual aid meeting will be given. 911 will be patching Tac8 with either the North or South frequencies as needed until LFR has their radio training on the new system.
The trunked radios for the ambulances in the association receiving them will be shipped on December 22nd. Doug from D&D has asked us to go through our accessory list for the things we ordered to help them to get the numbers to jive and keep their ducks lined up. He is also building a paging directory for us for the paging encoders. In order to even out the grant money each department will be billed $346.00 and then be sent an additional handheld. This will even out the way the money was spent between the DOJ grant and the Fire Service grant
