  •  Door-to-door public rural transportation, serving the entire Lancaster County area plus the communities of Adams, Ceresco, Cortland, Eagle and Greenwood. Wheelchair accessible.
  • Cost is $2 one-way, $4 round trip and $20 for a ten-punch rider card. In Lincoln, transfers are available upon request.
  • Morning pick-ups and mid-day transfers are available with afternoon returns.
  • Call to schedule trips at least one day in advance.

Low-Income Monthly Bus Passes

  • You must call the transportation company or your Medicaid health plan to schedule your pick-up and return trip rides.

When you call, they will need the following:

  2. Date of birth
  3. Medicaid number
  4. Your address and destination address
  5. Appointment time
They will also need to know: 
  1. Use a walker or wheelchair
  2. Use a medical escort
  3. Have special directions and instructions
  4. Are in an authorized Personal Assistance Service (PAS) plan

     Reservations need to be made one week in advance.

  •  No service on certain holidays.

  •  Preregistration is required. Application for eligibility must be done through the League of Human Dignity at 402-441-7871.

Road to Recovery Transportation

  • Free transportation to and from medical appointments related to cancer treatment. Sponsored by the American Cancer Society.
  • Not wheelchair accessible. This type of transportation is for ambulatory cancer patients that live in Lincoln.
  • Initial set up is through your medical provider.
    Call 72 hours in advance for reservations.
