14th Street Between “P” and “Q” Streets Now Open to Two-Way Traffic

Lincoln Transportation and Utilities today announced that 14th Street between "P" and "Q" streets is now open to two-way traffic. Previously a one-way street traveling north, the street has been permanently converted into two-way traffic as part of Project "O" Street.

City Breaks Ground for New Multi-modal Transportation Center
