The police department is trying to find the owner of a flatbed 4 wheel trailer that was recovered in Lincoln this week while officers were investigating a scrap metal theft. The suspects in the scrap metal theft had improperly licensed this trailer on June 9, 2006. The trailer is a black 16’ commercial, flatbed 4 wheel trailer. Photos of the trailer can be seen below.
