At this time reservations for Special Use facilities are only being accepted in person at 3131 O Street, Suite 300. These venues are for concerts and other special use events including Shildneck Bandshell, Auld Pavilion, Union Plaza, and Tower Square. Visit CivicRec to select Special Use Venue facilities, and the facility you are interested in renting to view the calendar.
Special Use Reservations
Email parks@lincoln.ne.gov to request a Facility Reservation Application and complete the PDF form.
Payment for the facility rental must be paid in full, in person ONLY, in order to complete the reservation and secure the venue. Visit Lincoln Parks and Recreation at 3131 O St. Suite# 300 Lincoln, NE (cash, check or card) during typical business hours, Monday through Friday 8 am-4:30 pm.
To ensure fair access for all participants, reservations cannot be made for more than 1 (one) date within a 15 (fifteen) day timeframe.
Drop off the security deposit that is required at LEAST 2 weeks prior to your rental date.
Pick up any access keys the two business days prior to your event.
After the event, return any access keys.
Staff will inspect the rental area and the security deposit will be available for pick up 2 days following your rental during regular business hours.
