What are the responsibilities of the Parks & Recreation?
The Parks & Recreation Department is responsible for administering and
maintaining all City parks. The planting, maintenance and removal of
City street and park trees.
What are the facilities in the city are they responsiblities for?
These facilities include recreation centers, golf courses, swimming
pools, sports areas, an observatory, indoor rifle range, recreational
trails, wildlife center, day camp and a City cemetery.
What other services does Parks & Recreation provide?
It coordinates City recreational activities, before and after school,
recereational child care programs.
